FACILITATOR

My storytelling combines narrative with participation and, when in museums, gallery exploration and object-handling as well. Facilitation is a key part of my performances therefore. I also love working with artists of other disciplines to combine our practice; with Lizzie Finlay's fabulous illustration for Stoller Hall or composers and musicians for Manchester Camerata, for example.

 

There are times when I’m facilitating and not performing however.  Some recent examples of this include:

• Directing students from Newbridge College for Oldham Theatre Workshop

• Shadow puppetry workshops in Rochdale primary schools for Earth Day

• Adult Community Creative Writing for Minerva Arts 

• Leading collaborative learning sessions for Speech Bubbles CIO for drama practitioners & teaching staff
